LYIS is delighted to formally welcome Claire Hao to the Founding Leading Your International School Board.
Claire is a doctoral researcher at the Department of Education, University of Oxford. Her research focuses on the experiences of Chinese international students transitioning to university abroad.
She completed her undergraduate studies in Education with Physics at the University of Cambridge and her master’s studies in International Education Development at Harvard University.
Previously, she was Co-Founder and Director at the Beijing Xinxuedao Education Group, co-founding a K-12 school with 24 campuses and 24,000+ students across China, focusing on strategy, marketing, and operations. She played a key role in developing the school’s Chinese international curriculum and supporting students’ holistic development.
