Last Saturday, I attended Dr. Jake Madden’s workshop, ‘Transforming Education for a Complex World,’ at the inaugural #LYIS25 Leadership Conference. This session was a powerful call to action, addressing the critical need to evolve our education systems for the challenges of today and tomorrow.

Part 1: Understanding the Imperative for Change
Dr. Madden highlighted the significant challenges facing education worldwide, emphasising the need for resilient, inclusive, and future-ready frameworks. Through engaging discussions and real-world case studies, we explored practical solutions and gained actionable insights.
