Leading Your International School welcomes the appointment of Ananya Bansal as General Manager.
LYIS is delighted to announce Ananya Bansal as its new General Manager. Ananya brings a unique level of international awareness to the role and is currently completing her Master’s in Human Rights at LSE. Both will be instrumental in driving the LYIS mission to Level Up International School Leadership.
Ananya’s international journey thus far spans four countries, with a significant amount of her time spent in Sweden. She is currently based in the UK, where she previously earned her degree in International Relations from the University of Warwick.
In her new role, Ananya will support the operational leadership of LYIS and be actively involved in the company’s strategic aims for membership and the LYIS-Q professional qualification.
Ananya embodies the core characteristics of the LYIS Leader Profile, said André Double, LYIS Founder and CEO. Adding, “Her integrity and cultural competence will underpin all aspects of her work, and we are very excited to welcome Ananya to the LYIS team, whilst looking forward to providing her with the opportunities to move LYIS further forward.”
Ananya is looking forward to introducing herself personally to all our members over the coming weeks. “I am excited for the opportunity to learn from the experiences of our professional community in order to inspire and grow the next generation of international school leaders”, said Ananya. This will give our members a chance to speak to Ananya and be told of any new updates going forward.
