A passionate and values-centred educator, Caroline earned her National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) in 2009 from the UK’s National College of Leadership and assumed her first headship in 2010. In 2014, Caroline advanced into an Executive Headship position, overseeing two schools and championing school improvement and curriculum innovation. Her leadership journey took an inspiring international turn in 2022 when she relocated from London to the Seychelles to serve as Head of Primary in a vibrant international school community.

Now a Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching (UK) and a qualified Executive Coaching Practitioner under the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) framework, Caroline is deeply invested in supporting the ongoing happiness, growth, and meaningful impact within learning communities.

I am thrilled to embark on this journey with LYIS, an organisation whose values of ethical leadership and professional learning mirror my own. I look forward to connecting with each of you in a meaningful and purposeful way,” said Caroline.
